Purpose and legal basis for the processing
The data that you provide are processed for the sole purpose of selection of personnel for job placement.
The legal basis for the processing is found in article 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of Regulation (UE) 2016/679.
In the recruiting process CDLAN asks the candidate to take a personality test. This test does not
imply any automatic decision. The results are an aide to verify the eligibility of the candidate
which is determined in traditional ways.

Transfer extra UE
Data will not be transferred out of the EU.
Data retention
Data of candidates that should not be hired are retained for two years after being sent, and test results for one year. Data of candidates that will be hired will be retained, together with the test results, in the Candidate File for all the duration of the employment.
Communication
Data will be processed by specially authorized CDLAN’s employees.
Any third parties involved in the selection process will be appointed as Data Processors and will receive specific instructions.
Rights of the data subject
The data subject has the right to ask the Controller to have access to his/her data, including the results of the test, obtaining a copy of the same and information on the processing to which his/her data are subject. He/She also has the right to obtain the data portability and the right to obtain restriction and blocking of processing. He/She has, finally, the right to lodge a complaint to the Supervisory Authority. In Italy the Supervisory Authority is the “Garante per la protezione dei dati personali”.
